When will you be ready for weddings?

We are accepting reservations for November 2008.

Are you taking reservations for other events besides weddings?

Absolutely. Our facility is perfect for business meetings, Holiday parties, trade events, birthday parties, anniversaries and sweet 16 parties.

Will you allow outside catering at your facility?

We have an onsite full commercial kitchen, chef and full kitchen staff. We will not be using outside caterer's for our functions. If you have specific food requirements that fall outside of our area of expertise, we would be happy to work with you to find a solution.

Will the Piazza in the Village make wedding cakes?

No. We will use our talented and capable partners or you may contract with your own wedding cake vendor.

Will you allow smoking at the Piazza?

The Piazza is a non-smoking facility. This includes the courtyard. We will have a smoking area located outside of the building for smokers.

Where is parking?

Parking is directly behind the facility.

Can the courtyard be covered?

Yes, we have a tent configuration that we can provide for you.

Do you have valet parking?

Yes, we can provide that service for you.

What if it rains?

We will have an awning set up in front of the chapel for your guest's arrival. If you desire we can also arrange for covered transportation from the parking lot if you do not choose valet parking. Like all "church" style weddings, our planned exit is outside of the chapel with a short walk to the reception and courtyard. We do have an exit option through the church that will allow guests to stay inside the building to go to the reception.

Can we just rent the chapel alone?

Yes, though we will always have a priority for combination receptions and chapel.
